Creamy Garlic Chicken

Healthy Dinner

Duration: 45 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1lb of Boneless chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 10.5 oz can of condensed cream of chicken
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Melt better in a Casserole dish. Once melted mix in minced garlic, and condensed cream of chicken.
  4. Add the chicken, and coat in the mixture.
  5. (This is where you have the option of adding broccoli, and/or mushrooms.)
  6. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top. Squeeze lemon, and put it in the mixture for flavor.
  7. Bake for 30 mins
  8. (Option of adding parmesan or mozzarella.)

Beef sweet potato dinner

Healthy dinner recipe.

Duration: 35 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Beef Tenderloins
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4tsp crushed red peppers
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red peppers, and salt. Mix.
  3. Cut sweet potato into skinny fries. Spread fries onto a cookie sheet and pour half the mixture on top. Toss to coat. Put in the oven for 10 mins.
  4. Pour the rest of the mixture over the beef, and let sit.
  5. Add Beef to the middle of the cookie sheet, by spreading the fries to the sides. Cook for 5 mins.
  6. Reduce heat to 150 degrees. Add tomatoes, and cook for 10-15 mins.
  7. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the parsley on top and cover for 10 mins before serving.

Chocolate covered strawberries

Easy quick dessert recipe.

Ingredients:

Strawberries

Gluten free chocolate chips, made from cocoa.

Instructions:

Wash the strawberries. Heat the chocolate chips in a sauce pan on the stove, once they start to melt take the pan off the stove and continue stirring until smooth.
Dip strawberries into the chocolate. Place the dipped strawberries on wax cooking sheet and place in refrigerator to cool for 15-30 mins.
