Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp

Healthy Dinner Recipe

Duration: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Peeled shrimp
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Spinach
  • Cauliflower rice

Instructions:

  1. On medium heat, melt butter into a large frying pan. Once the butter has melted add in the shrimp. Heat for 5 mins, and add in the garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 5 mins, turn the burner off. Cover the shrimp to stay warm.
  2. In a medium sized pot, pour in fresh spinach. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat on medium for 5-10 mins. Cover and turn off burner.
  3. In a small sauce pan, dump frozen cauliflower rice, and heat for 5 mins.
  4. Serve.

Chocolate covered strawberries

Easy quick dessert recipe.

Ingredients:

Strawberries

Gluten free chocolate chips, made from cocoa.

Instructions:

Wash the strawberries. Heat the chocolate chips in a sauce pan on the stove, once they start to melt take the pan off the stove and continue stirring until smooth.
Dip strawberries into the chocolate. Place the dipped strawberries on wax cooking sheet and place in refrigerator to cool for 15-30 mins.
