Healthy Dinner
Duration: 45 mins
Ingredients:
1lb of Boneless chicken breast
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
4 tbsp of butter
4-5 Garlic cloves
10.5 oz can of condensed cream of chicken
Fresh Parsley
Lemon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
Melt better in a Casserole dish. Once melted mix in minced garlic, and condensed cream of chicken.
Add the chicken, and coat in the mixture.
(This is where you have the option of adding broccoli, and/or mushrooms.)
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top. Squeeze lemon, and put it in the mixture for flavor.
Bake for 30 mins
(Option of adding parmesan or mozzarella.)
Healthy Dinner Recipe
Duration: 30 mins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Peeled shrimp
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Garlic
1 lemon
1/4 tsp onion powder
Fresh Parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and Pepper
Spinach
Cauliflower rice
Instructions:
On medium heat, melt butter into a large frying pan. Once the butter has melted add in the shrimp. Heat for 5 mins, and add in the garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 5 mins, turn the burner off. Cover the shrimp to stay warm.
In a medium sized pot, pour in fresh spinach. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat on medium for 5-10 mins. Cover and turn off burner.
In a small sauce pan, dump frozen cauliflower rice, and heat for 5 mins.
Serve.

Ingredients:
2 Beef Tenderloins
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 sweet potato
2tsp Italian seasoning
Chopped fresh parsley
1/4tsp crushed red peppers
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red peppers, and salt. Mix.
Cut sweet potato into skinny fries. Spread fries onto a cookie sheet and pour half the mixture on top. Toss to coat. Put in the oven for 10 mins.
Pour the rest of the mixture over the beef, and let sit.
Add Beef to the middle of the cookie sheet, by spreading the fries to the sides. Cook for 5 mins.
Reduce heat to 150 degrees. Add tomatoes, and cook for 10-15 mins.
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the parsley on top and cover for 10 mins before serving.
