Healthy Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Peeled shrimp
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Fresh Parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- Spinach
- Cauliflower rice
Instructions:
- On medium heat, melt butter into a large frying pan. Once the butter has melted add in the shrimp. Heat for 5 mins, and add in the garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 5 mins, turn the burner off. Cover the shrimp to stay warm.
- In a medium sized pot, pour in fresh spinach. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat on medium for 5-10 mins. Cover and turn off burner.
- In a small sauce pan, dump frozen cauliflower rice, and heat for 5 mins.
- Serve.
